It all depends on your needs. If you're looking for advanced personalization and multi-channel capabilities (email + LinkedIn), Lemlist is the go-to choice. If you need to handle high volume with multiple domains and email accounts, Smartlead or Instantly will be more effective. Instantly offers a very attractive price-to-quality ratio on its basic plans. All three include warmup, which is a basic requirement.

5️⃣ Should you check your email lists before sending?

Yes, this should always be done for lists obtained more than 6 months ago or from third-party sources. A bounce rate higher than 2–3% can trigger alerts from your email service provider and damage your reputation. Tools like Zerobounce, Emailable, or Email List Validation allow you to clean up a list quickly and at a low cost.
